<p>Marks the specified alert for deletion. An alert that has been marked for deletion is removed from Alert Center after 30 days. Marking an alert for deletion has no effect on an alert which has already been marked for deletion. Attempting to mark a nonexistent alert for deletion results in a <code>NOT_FOUND</code> error.</p>
|

<h1 id="scopes">Scopes</h1>
|

<p>You will need authorization for the <em>https://www.googleapis.com/auth/apps.alerts</em> scope to make a valid call.</p>
|
|
<p>If unset, the scope for this method defaults to <em>https://www.googleapis.com/auth/apps.alerts</em>.
|
|
You can set the scope for this method like this: <code>alertcenter1-beta1 --scope <scope> alerts delete ...</code></p>
|
|
<h1 id="required-scalar-argument">Required Scalar Argument</h1>
|
|

<li>Required. The identifier of the alert to delete.</li>
|
|

<p>The method's return value a JSON encoded structure, which will be written to standard output by default.</p>
|
|

<li><strong>-o out</strong><ul>

<li><em>out</em> specifies the <em>destination</em> to which to write the server's result to.
|
|
It will be a JSON-encoded structure.
|
|
The <em>destination</em> may be <code>-</code> to indicate standard output, or a filepath that is to contain the received bytes.
|
|
If unset, it defaults to standard output.</li>
|

<p>You may set the following properties to further configure the call. Please note that <code>-p</code> is followed by one

<li>Optional. The unique identifier of the Google Workspace account of the customer the alert is associated with. The <code>customer_id</code> must have the initial "C" stripped (for example, <code>046psxkn</code>).
