65c4d83c88 [breaking] Renamings and refactorings. 
* Add a Config struct. `Client::new(addr, duration)` => `Client::new(addr, config)`
* `serve(addr, server, config)` => `server.spawn_with_config(addr, config)`
* Also added `server.spawn(addr)`
